Hello, I'm Teresa and thank you for being here

What am I about

I have spent over two decades engaging in intensive training in various therapies such as Life Coaching, Facilitation, Energy Healing, and Meditation  My career began as a General Nurse and transitioned to working in the Community and Voluntary sector.

I became interested in working with groups and individuals to share my personal and professional experience to support people deal with stress and create change that is in alignment with their true nature.

For the last number of years, I have delivered a range of bespoke workshops for groups and companies all over Ireland as well as intensive work with individuals in my Coaching and Healing sessions.

I am training as an End of Life and Death Doula which supports people to prepare for death and to support their families.  I find this training valuable in holding space for clients in any transition and change in their life which shows up as grief.  It is a Life Doula really and not necessary for someone’s end of life.

I am currently undertaking a 3-year apprenticeship in Women’s Shamanic Studies with Amantha Murphy of Celtic Soul Journeys.  This helps to identify and heal ancestral patterns that are unexplained and passed down through generations and connecting with the land.

My Journey to optimum health and wellbeing

I was always curious about the mind and body connection and this deepened when I experienced my own physical and emotional challenges which resulted in a time out from work and a change in career.    I realised that my body had the ability to heal if I looked after my emotional, mental, and spiritual health. I learned that when I ignored and did not want to feel an issue in my life it manifested as intense pain in my body.

With this awareness, I embarked on a journey of deep self-discovery I learned to identify unhealthy patterns I had in relation to my own emotional and mental health.  This led to stress both mentally and physically.   I am delighted to say today that I am in optimum health and while the healing path is an ongoing process, it becomes more joyful to navigate.

What I am not about

What I’m not about:  Pushing and being forceful, giving advice, extrinsic goals, surface-level behavioural change without doing the inner work.  This results in people leaving feeling great but revert back to their old cycle of behaviour.

My work is not prescriptive fitting into a particular model of one size fits all. I draw on years of experience working with clients in groups and individual sessions.  I have extensive knowledge through study, personal life experience and being highly intuitive I tap into universal wisdom.

My Interests

I can be found spending time alone in nature or with friends.  I find nature is more than just self-care, it is therapeutic.  I enjoy hikes and visiting sacred sites in Ireland connecting with the land and deep discussions about all things esoteric.

I begin and end my day with meditation and also find mindful moments during the day to bring conscious presence to what I do.

I love to dance and move and regularly attend tribal and trance dancing gatherings

I adore my nieces and nephews and find that they teach me more than many of the personal development workshops I have done.
