I have an Inside-Out approach where I facilitate participants on an inward journey of self-discovery so this is reflected by change in their external world.  I provide insights and techniques from my education, personal and professional experience, this provides tools and resources to gain motivation for moving toward change that is authentic and in alignment.

Stress Management & Building Resilience

Each individual has their own physiological and emotional response to stress, it is important to identify this in order to develop a more helpful response.

Workshops include the following

  • Signs of compassion and pandemic fatigue
  • Identify your own unique process of stress and what’s really underneath
  • The science of stress and the changes in the body that can lead to imbalance, pain, and ill-health
  • Understanding stress and menopause and ways to balance emotional health
  • Exploring loss and grief and your own process
  • Support to develop coping strategies that work for your personality while building resilience



Stress

Mindfulness For Work & Life

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, sensations therefore maintaining greater acceptance and awareness of one’s current situation.

Workshop includes the following:

• What is mindfulness and its physical and mental benefits at home and at work.
• Breathwork and relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system.
• Dealing with difficult thoughts and feelings.
• How mindfulness and meditation can help with overwhelm, rumination, memory, increased satisfaction and motivation.
• Tools and techniques that can be used in life and work to become more present, greater focus, more efficient and help with sleep.

Emotional Mastery

If we are not aware of our emotions and why we feel the way we do they will run the show, leading to unhealthy responses and compulsive behaviours. This can result in perfectionism, unhealthy habits, addictive behaviour, relationship avoidance or attachments, sabotage at work. Being aware of how we process our emotions and why is a major key to self-mastery and success.

Workshop includes the following:

• Explores what emotions are and the unique way we relate and process them
• Benefits of emotional intelligence in life and work in our response to everyday situations
• Techniques for self-awareness and emotional wellbeing
• The physiological effect of different emotions in health and wellbeing and how to heal these.
• Tools and practices to support your own emotional state, performance, morale and challenges.

Communication Skills & Conflict Resolution

Some studies show that the lack of engagement and poor communication create conflict and poor motivation in the workplace and at home. This also has a negative effect on relationships in everyday living.

Workshop includes the following:

•  Factors undetpinning both healthy and unhealthy relationships.
•  Effect of our values and communication on the conflict in all relationships.
•  Identifying your learning style how to use it to influence communication.
•  Skills and techniques to enable participants to deal with conflict effectively.

Time Management Skills & Goal Setting 

This workshop will help participants to understand how to gain a sense of control over their time.  Create awareness of their own relationship with time and prioritise workloads. 

Workshop includes the following:

  • Time Management v Workload Management
  • Dealing with overwhelm
  • Participants own strategies and relationships with time
  • Being reactive and proactive to workload
  • Recognising time traps and the payoff for poor time management
